A little bit about me….

Hi! My name is Victoria. I live in northern California and have lived here all of my life. For a majority of my life I’ve been overweight. I’m making this blog to document my successes and failures during this journey…hopefully more successes than failures. My intent to share my fitness/weight loss journey is to share my weaknesses, temptations and failures. So many people struggle with their weight and I’m hoping to reach out to many of you so that we can connect and perhaps figure out where we can share our successes and figure out what works for us. I’ve always been intrigued with health and the evolution of health and nutrition science. The food pyramid, or what you may recognize as Myplate presently,has undergone vast evolution. What is truly healthy for us? And is there a universal regimen for what constitutes “healthy”? I believe this isn’t the case. I plan to utilize a ketogenic diet, exercise, intermittent fasting and intuitional eating to attempt to reach my goal weight. I will try to post at least a few times a few a week. I will share my recipes, my workouts, and weight loss progress. Thank you for taking the time to read my blog!
